Why we do this
A tip is a thank-you to people who look after us. Many animals have no one to look after them: they live in shelters, on the street or in poor conditions. We want a small part of the gratitude that flows through Tipbetween every day to reach them too.
How it works
Donate
After a tip or in your profile, tap “Donate for animals” and choose CHF 2, 5, 10 or your own amount.
Collect
All donations are recorded separately and added up live on this page. Tipbetween keeps none of it.
Pass on
Every two to three months we transfer the collected amount to our animal welfare partner organisation and publish the transfer below.
Where the money goes
Donations go to a Swiss animal welfare organisation that helps animals in need: rescue, care and a better life for pets, farm and wild animals. We will publish our partner organisation’s name as soon as the partnership is set out in a written agreement.
Who the donations come from
Donations come from guests who donate after tipping, from staff who want to pass on part of their tips, and from visitors to this website. We only show totals, never names.
Transparency: our transfers
No transfer yet. The first transfer will be made two to three months after launch.
Our payment provider Stripe’s processing fee is added to the donation so that 100% of your donation arrives.
Because donations are collected via Tipbetween, we cannot issue a tax-deductible donation receipt.
